Ichiro Otsuka

Mr. Ichiro Otsuka has provided legal advice concerning general business, intellectual property and tax matters to foreign clients which have established Japanese subsidiaries and branches, acquired Japanese corporations, established joint ventures with Japanese corporations, or entered into various kinds of agreements with Japanese corporations. He has counseled Japanese subsidiaries and branches of foreign corporations regarding legal problems arising from their operations in Japan and has handled general business, labor, intellectual property, anti-trust, and tax matters and litigation with our firm’s members. He also has provided Japanese corporations with legal advice concerning acquisition of foreign corporations, establishment of joint ventures, distribution agreement, license agreements, U.S. litigation and U.S. anti-dumping cases, working with foreign counsel.
